What does it consist of?

These are edentulous prosthesis for patients who have suffered from a high degree of bone resorption and who can not receive a good number of implants for a fixed prosthesis. Usually  2 implants are used in the mandible and 4 in the maxilla. For adhesion different mechanisms such as bars, balls and magnets are used. Mucosa also aids in the retention
