CES is a national, autonomous, private, non-profit, self-sufficient University, which offers undergraduate and postgraduate educational programs in different knowledge areas, specializing in technical-professional, technological and professional level courses. CES upholds the highest human, ethical and scientific values and promotes cultural, social, ideological, political and religious pluralism. CES carries out teaching and research activities as well as extension programs in the community with the aim of assisting societal development, and forming free, independent, ethical, scientific human beings equipped to excel in a globalized world.
INTERNSHIPS
CES University has a strong commitment to internationalization as a tool that has as its main objectives to strengthen the academic quality of its programs, make the institution more competitive and support processes that allow all academic community members to expand their vision and perform successfully in the new international educational context. The International Relations Office is responsible for fulfilling this objective and establishing contacts. International Internships based on "learning by doing" are an innovative way to find and compare the most advanced and popular forms of health management, through visits to major clinics, hospitals and health institutions in different cities of the world. In each institution these visits consist of lectures on specific topics covering different areas of health, given by qualified and expert people on the subject, and are complemented by a guided tour which allows particular issues to be addressed in a more focused manner.

CONSULTING
The Faculty of Medicine has been managing training, consulting and support in the area of social security, quality and public health. It has developed its activities in line with the graduate teaching staff and continuing education. Its experience in counseling and coaching is not only national, but also international. The team has participated in Consulting in Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Ecuador and Panama. Faculty quality data "QualiCES" is established as part of this project and is integrated by professionals from different disciplines with training, education and experience in the areas of education, technical assistance, advice, consulting and research relating to Health Services, Mandatory System for Quality Assurance in Health Care, Direction, Strategic Management, Marketing, Management and Costs, among others. Clinical rotations The Faculty of Medicine offers foreign undergraduate and postgraduate students the opportunity to do academic and clinical rotations in different specialties such as Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Family Medicine and Tropical Medicine, among others.
