What does it consist of?

It is the increase in volume in the cheek region which favors a more youthful appearance by allowing soft tissue to raise the center of the face. This is achieved through the application of an implant which comes in different shapes and sizes according to the needs of each patient.

The surgery is done orally under local anesthesia. Implants generate permenant changes and can be placed in one or more areas of the face. This procedure has the advantage of being reversible, ie if the patient for some medical or aesthetic reason wants to return to its previous aspect, the implant can be withdrawn by the same route. The procedure takes 1 to 2 hours and produces inflammation that decreases from the second week.
