What does it consist of?

A device that is positioned on the upper arch usually in people who suffer from bruxism. Bruxism is a condition which consists of grinding or clenching. The term means squeezing tightly together upper and lower teeth, especially the back. Clenching puts pressure on the muscles, tissues and other structures around your jaw, which can lead to pain and soreness of the jaw, headaches, earaches, damaged teeth and other problems. These symptoms can cause temporomandibular joint disorders.
